Personal and Professional Development Psychodrama Weekend
Attending a Psychodrama group can assist you to be more creative in your daily life, whether at work or with friends and family.
Psychodrama can also assist you to work out what kind of relationships you want and to begin the work of creating them. Current, past or future situations can be explored in action so you can develop creative responses to challenging situations. The experiences you have at the workshop will also help you to develop an accurate perception of yourself, of others and of your place in the world.
In this workshop we will use psychodrama, along with sociometry, sociodrama and role training, to produce ‘here and now’ experiences that will build your insight this will build your ability to act creatively.
You will have opportunities to focus on yourself, in your friendships, in your family and work relationships so that you attain greater clarity to creatively reach satisfying outcomes for yourselves and the people you love.
