Personal and Professional Development Psychodrama Weekend
Attending a Psychodrama group can assist you to be more creative in your daily life. Psychodrama can also enable you to work out how to build the kind of relationships you want and to begin the work of creating them. Current, past or future situations can be explored in order to develop creative responses to challenging situations. The experiences you have at the workshop will also help you to develop an accurate perception of yourself, of others and of your place in the world.
This group will use psychodrama, along with sociometry, sociodrama and role training, to produce ‘here and now’ experiences and grow your insight in order to extend your ability to act creatively.
You will have opportunities to focus on yourself in your friendships and in your family and work relationships so that you attain greater clarity to creatively reach satisfying outcomes for yourselves and the people you love.
This workshop will also provide an opportunity for those of you considering training in psychodrama with the Christchurch Institute for Training in Psychodrama (CITP) in 2020 to experience the psychodramatic method with others who might also be training.
